CHECKLIST

1. Remove construction debris and trash

2. Dust and wipe down all surfaces

3. Vacuum or sweep the floors

4. Mop or steam clean hard floors

5. Clean and sanitize windows and window sills

6. Wipe down and disinfect countertops and surfaces

7. Clean and disinfect sinks and faucets

8. Scrub and sanitize toilets

9. Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces

10. Clean and  shine all hardware

11. Clean doors, doorframes, and baseboards

12. Remove stickers, labels, or residue from surfaces

13. Clean and dust HVAC vents and ducts

14. Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs if needed

15. Remove any construction dust or debris from vents

16. Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances

17. Clean shower/tub and shower glass doors

18. Wipe down and disinfect cabinets and shelves inside and outside

19. Remove any paint splatters or marks

20. Clean and disinfect high-touch areas

21. Clean and vacuum any upholstered furniture

22. Inspect for any construction-related issues
